  • “Carrie is a wonderful coach. The intuition she brings to the table is only surpassed by her kindness. Her sense of asking the right questions and keeping the bigger picture in mind has been tremendously helpful. She has a real gift in keeping a safe space for digging deep while guiding you through the most challenging topics. I would highly recommend working with her if you want to start changing your life for the better.”

  • "As a result of significant restructure, I had many colleagues in new roles while also carrying a high volume of vacancies. Carrie understood the complexity of the charity and the potential impact of the changes. Colleagues experiencing coaching became more accepting of uncertainty, and more confident in their new roles. There was certainly a visible growth in confidence to speak up, to challenge, or to share an alternate perspective. There's immeasurable benefit to bringing in external support for colleagues."

    Charity Director

  • “Carrie helped me to build my confidence after some negative experiences and step into a new role in a new organisation. During my coaching, I successfully negotiated a role title change, which is something I never would have asked for had I not had coaching. Coaching has equipped me with the techniques and confidence to approach future challenges, and importantly, with the trust in myself to do so. I had never had coaching before, and wasn't really sure if it would "work" for me, but I'm now a definite advocate.”

  • “Tempo needed expert support with its brand development and Carrie came highly recommended as someone who would help facilitate and co-create ideation sessions, and add real value to the creative process. We weren’t disappointed – Carrie did an excellent job, organising and leading a range of stakeholder workshops, helping colleagues to tease out and refine ideas, whilst bringing a momentum to the process that meant her input was both high quality and delivered on time.”
