Life and work can often feel busy and stressful, with limited time to sit and think about what you truly want or need. Over time, this can lead to a lack of fulfilment and a sense that you’re not in control of your time or energy. That's why I’m excited to introduce you to The Shift Series, a four-part masterclass series designed to help you grow awareness and shift towards greater self-leadership in life and work.
Join experienced and certified coaches Carrie Petitt and Rebekka Darge across September and October, for four interactive group masterclasses.

This series is all about self-discovery. During one-hour sessions, Rebekka and I will use coaching techniques to help you understand yourself better, including figuring out where you might be holding yourself back. By the end of the series, you’ll be armed with knowledge and skills that enable you to step up and lead with a growth mindset, in both your personal and professional life.
The Shift Series is a four-part masterclass series designed to help you:

You may want to focus on something specific, such as confidence, prioritising or work-life balance, or you can simply learn skills to use across all areas of your life.
Session 1: Settling in, setting intentions and exploring which areas of your life or work need your attention
Session 2: Understanding self-sabotage and limiting beliefs and how they might be impacting you, plus learning skills to notice and start tackling them
Session 3: Pinning down your personal values and developing self-leadership tools
Session 4: Future visioning and designing an action plan to help you move forward
As part of The Shift Series, you'll receive worksheets to keep you on track and prompts for reflection between classes. By the end of these four masterclasses, you'll have the tools you need to start moving forwards.
